General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all business-to-business (B2B) commercial transactions concluded via the MediUnit platform. They define the contractual obligations binding the publisher and the professional buyer.
Last updated: May 10, 2026
B2B Scope
Access to services and products is strictly reserved for healthcare professionals, clinical institutions, and duly registered legal entities.
Pricing and Taxation
Prices are stated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and logistics fees are specified upon validation of the purchase order.
Contractual Documentation
Every transaction generates the mandatory legal documents: delivery slip, standardized invoice, and certificates of conformity pertaining to the medical devices.
1. Scope of Application
- These GTC apply by right to any order placed on the MediUnit platform.
- Validation of an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC, the Privacy Policy, and logistics conditions.
- MediUnit reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
2. Offer, Price, and Availability
- Technical specifications, prices, and availability of medical devices are provided for informational purposes and become contractual only upon formal confirmation of the order.
- MediUnit reserves the right to cancel or rectify any order presenting a manifest error in pricing or specification.
- The professional buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered devices comply with their intended clinical or institutional use.
3. Contract Formation and Payment Terms
- The sales contract is validly formed upon final confirmation of the cart by the buyer and the issuance of the acknowledgment of receipt by MediUnit.
- Payment is made upon delivery or collection, by crossed cheque payable to MediUnit, bank transfer, or cash, in accordance with applicable legal thresholds.
- Any breach of the payment obligation entails the immediate suspension of ongoing deliveries and the exigibility of outstanding debts.
4. Delivery, Transfer of Risk, and Claims
- Delivery times are provided for informational purposes. A delay shall not justify order cancellation or payment of damages.
- In accordance with Moroccan Law (Dahir of Obligations and Contracts), the transfer of risk to the buyer occurs upon physical handover of the goods to the carrier or the buyer.
- Any claim relating to apparent defects or non-conformity must be made in writing within 7 calendar days following receipt.
5. Liability and Legal Warranties
- MediUnit guarantees the traceability and conformity of the distributed medical devices according to the standards in force in the Kingdom of Morocco.
- MediUnit's liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of products recognized as defective, excluding any indirect damages.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with the usage and storage protocols stipulated by the manufacturers.
