Return Policy
At MediUnit, returns are handled with strong requirements around clinical safety, logistics traceability, and commercial compliance.
Last updated: March 18, 2026
Return window
You have 7 calendar days after receipt to report an eligible return for non-perishable, unopened items.
Product condition
Items must remain in original packaging, unopened, unused, and with all safety seals intact.
Commercial resolution
After validation, MediUnit issues a credit note or a bank-transfer refund depending on the applicable commercial situation.
1. Non-returnable products
To protect clinical safety and the integrity of distributed references, some items are not eligible for return:
- sterile products whose packaging or seal has been compromised
- reagents, temperature-sensitive references, or products requiring a cold chain
- customized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products
- used, incomplete, or repackaged items
2. Return process
Request authorization
Contact MediUnit by email or WhatsApp with your order number, the affected reference, quantity, and reason for return.
Validation and inspection
Our team confirms eligibility, arranges pickup or drop-off if needed, and then checks the condition and conformity of the product.
Credit note or refund
After final validation, a commercial credit note or bank-transfer refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days. Logistics fees remain due unless the issue is attributable to MediUnit.
3. Errors or damage claims
- any damaged, missing, or incorrect parcel should be reported on receipt or very shortly after delivery
- photos, product references, and quantities may be requested to speed up case handling
- written reservations at delivery help resolve logistics incidents faster
