Logistics & Distribution

B2B Distribution and Shipping Policy

MediUnit, as an authorized distributor, operates a dedicated logistics infrastructure for the secure supply of healthcare facilities in Morocco. This policy defines the protocols for preparation, shipment, and transfer of responsibility.

Regulatory Update: April 2026

National Infrastructure

Centralized operations from our Casablanca hub (Bouskoura) serving all 12 regions of the Kingdom, prioritizing major clinical hubs.

Control Protocols

Each shipment undergoes triple verification: SKU compliance, lot integrity, and documentary validation (Delivery Note/Invoice).

Certified Logistics

Distribution handled by our own fleet or qualified logistics partners, ensuring full traceability to the point of delivery.

1. Operational Scope and Institutional Timelines

  • Distribution exclusively reserved for professional entities (clinics, hospitals, practices) within Moroccan territory.
  • Standard 24/48h timelines for major urban centers (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fes, Agadir).
  • Communicated timelines are based on immediate stock availability and may vary for specific sourcing orders.

2. Shipment Modalities and Transfer of Risk

  • The transfer of responsibility occurs upon signature of the delivery note by the authorized recipient of the facility.
  • Logistics fees are calculated based on volume and destination, with a waiver for orders reaching the institutional threshold.
  • MediUnit reserves the right to suspend shipment in case of incomplete delivery information or site inaccessibility.

3. Inspection and Compliance on Receipt

  • The recipient is required to perform a visual inspection of the external condition of the parcels before signing.
  • Any anomaly (damage, shortage, reference error) must be recorded on the delivery note and reported to operational support within 24 hours.
  • Supporting documents (technical sheets, certificates) are accessible via the attached compliance pack or on the client portal.

4. Management of Sensitive Products

  • Sterile or sensitive devices receive reinforced packaging to guarantee clinical integrity during transit.
  • Special attention is given to references requiring specific handling or lot-number traceability.
  • In case of delivery failure due to recipient-related reasons, a new attempt is organized according to current operational protocols.
MediUnit ensures end-to-end traceability as a central link in Morocco’s healthcare infrastructure.
