We operate from our Casablanca logistics hub and serve professional facilities across Morocco.

Controlled preparation

Each order is checked before dispatch to limit errors in references, quantities, and supporting documents.

Tracked delivery

Orders are delivered through our logistics organization or selected partners depending on the zone and the sensitivity of the products.

1. Delivery area and lead times

  • orders are processed for professional delivery addresses located in Morocco
  • estimated lead times can vary by city, product type, stock position, and transport constraints
  • timelines shown on the site or communicated by support remain indicative until the order has been prepared

2. Fees, preparation, and handoff

  • delivery fees and any free-shipping threshold are shown in the cart and at checkout
  • an order may be held before dispatch if information is incomplete, the address is impractical, or additional verification is needed
  • delivery slips, invoices, or supporting documents may accompany the shipment depending on the order

3. Inspection on receipt

  • the recipient should inspect the visible condition of the parcel at handoff
  • any visible incident, shortage, wrong reference, or damage should be reported quickly to MediUnit, ideally with photos
  • delivery reservations noted at handoff help us process logistics incidents faster

4. Delays, failed deliveries, and sensitive goods

  • if the recipient is absent or delivery cannot be completed, our team or carrier may arrange a new attempt
  • some sensitive, sterile, or conservation-constrained items may require specific coordination
  • if an order must be split because of availability or logistics constraints, our team will inform the customer
Delivery incidents do not change the return restrictions that apply to opened, sterile, custom-made, or cold-chain products.
