Wheelchair, transfer chair, or mobility aid: buying guide for Morocco

The right chair depends on transfer workflow, width, patient weight, storage, wheels, and usage frequency.

High-end ergonomic wheelchair for patient transfer

Start from the real use case

A consultation wheelchair, transfer chair, rollator, and electric wheelchair do not solve the same problem. Start with the real route: room to exam area, reception to parking, daily home use, or longer movement inside a clinic.

Compare the criteria that change total cost

Review overall width, seat width, maximum load, wheel type, brakes, armrests, footrests, folding, and chair weight. Dimensions matter as much as brand when doors, lifts, or corridors are narrow.

Plan setup, replenishment, and maintenance

Plan cushions, wear parts, cleaning, storage, and caregiver orientation. In a care facility, standardizing two or three chair models simplifies maintenance and avoids incompatible spare parts.

What to include in the quote request

Send patient weight, indoor or outdoor use, maximum available width, quantity, city, and cushion or accessory needs. A photo of the route or doorways also helps avoid sizing mistakes.
