Start from the clinical need instead of the SKU

The clearest requests start with context: ward, OR, practice, weekly restock, or a new site. Only then list candidate SKUs and required paperwork.

Normalize the minimum information set

Always include: contact name, organisation, city, quantities, target week or date, and attachments. Fewer ping-pong emails, faster answers.

Keep a reusable operating history

If you reorder the same lines, keep quotes, invoices, and template lists in one place (or in the client portal). Less copy-paste every time.
