Sporlastic metacarpal thumb splint (art. 07051) made of thermomouldable plastic, providing partial immobilisation of the thumb base and carpometacarpal (saddle) joint while preserving grip function. It can be heat-moulded by the fitter for a precise fit. Indications include thumb saddle joint arthrosis, ulnar collateral ligament injury (skier’s thumb) and post-operative care of the thumb.
