UrgoStart Interface (marketed internationally as UrgoStart Contact) from Urgo Medical is a non-adhesive wound contact layer for chronic wounds: leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers and wounds with delayed healing. Its polyester mesh is coated with the TLC-NOSF matrix (lipido-colloid technology with NOSF), which gels in contact with exudate, keeps a moist healing environment and limits the effect of excess matrix metalloproteinases. It is covered with a secondary dressing and may be used under prescribed compression.

- Non-adherent to the wound; atraumatic removal
