Our range covers every use case: the single-use sterile skin suture kit at MAD 92, the complete standard suture kit at MAD 720 for practices and emergency units, and the Care&Cure training kit for medical and nursing students at MAD 1,400. On the thread side, boxes of 36 run from MAD 270 (non-absorbable nylon 3/0) to MAD 420 (absorbable Vicryl 2/0).

Absorbable threads like Vicryl (polyglactin) degrade naturally within 60 to 90 days: they are indicated for deep planes, mucosa and pediatric sutures where stitch removal is difficult. Non-absorbable threads (nylon, polypropylene) provide lasting strength for skin closure and are removed after healing, typically 7 to 14 days depending on the site.

Diameter is read in USP sizes: 2/0 for high-tension tissue, 3/0 for trunk and limb skin, 4/0 for the face and fine suturing. All our threads come swaged on a needle, sterile and CE certified.

The Care&Cure student kit includes a three-layer silicone suture pad (skin, fat, muscle), stainless steel instruments (needle holder, forceps, scissors) and practice threads. It is the reference tool for preparing practical surgical exams and emergency rotations — the pad can be re-sutured dozens of times.
