At MediUnit, we understand that precision is vital in the medical sector. Here is our transparent guide for returns and exchanges.
Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return for non-perishable items.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and with all security seals intact.
Important Exceptions
To ensure clinical safety and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned:
- Sterile products where the packaging has been compromised.
- Reagents and products requiring a continuous cold chain.
- Customized or made-to-order devices.
Return Process
Request Authorization
Contact our support via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and the reason for the return.
Logistics Inspection
A MediUnit agent will inspect the items at your delivery address or our logistics hub in Casablanca.
Refund or Credit
Once the return is validated, a credit note will be issued to your account or a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 days.
